Maul specializes in the sale and lease of industrial and warehousing properties in the Knoxville area and surrounding communities of East Tennessee. Prior to Joining Baker, Maul served as Director of Business Development for the East Tennessee Economic Development Agency, a 15-county marketing and business recruitment agency, for three years. A native of Nebraska , Brad held executive positions with two countywide economic development organizations in his home state. Maul is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he majored in Business Administration and Finance. Maul is also a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute.
