Baker Realty Company Brokers Four Lease Transactions in Knoxville

Knoxville, TN: Bob Thornton of Baker Realty Company has recently brokered four warehouse/distribution lease transactions totaling over 155,000 square feet in Knoxville.

Thornton represented NatKnox, Owner, and Guardian Building Products, Tenant, in the lease of the former Keebler Cookie Distribution Center, now known as the Cedar Bluff Building. The facility, which consists of 37,210 square feet, is Guardian’s first location in the area, and is located in West Knoxville at 427 Park Village Road. Thornton also represented Batesville Casket, in the leasing of 9,797 square feet of office/warehouse for their regional distribution center. The space is located at 1918 N. Cherry Street and is owned by Sam Farrow. J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. has leased 18,000 square feet of warehouse space, located at 1487 Amherst Road and owned by J&J Properties, for their regional distribution center, and ABC Supply has leased 100,000 square feet of warehouse space from Mullins D.C., LLC, located at 1605 Prosser Road in Knoxville, all represented by Thornton and Baker Realty Company.
