Baker Realty Company Leases Bodyguard Building in Clinton, TN

Knoxville, Tenn., April 1, 2011 – Baker Realty Company, the market leader for Industrial Real Estate in the Tennessee Valley Region, today announced the lease of the Bodyguard Building located in Clinton, TN. The property consists of 102,000 square feet and was formally leased to Durakon Industries then Carlisle Tire as a distribution center.

The tenant, Southern Tube Form, manufactures exhaust tubing and has a second facility also located in Eagle Bend. Bob Thornton, of Baker Realty Company, represented both the owner, C.A.T Realty and Southern Tube in the lease transaction.
