Baker Realty Company Sells Downtown Knoxville Building

Knoxville, TN: Pumps of Tennessee has purchased the former Noland Products building and property, consisting of 23,549 square feet and 1.3 acres, located at 714 Willow Avenue in downtown Knoxville.

Pumps of Tennessee, established in 1981, will be moving from its present location at 305 N. Broadway. Pumps of Tennessee distributes top of the line pumps and installation products for industrial and domestic systems.
