Baker Realty Company Sells Former Regions Bank Branch

Knoxville, TN- The Lenoir City Company and J & J Properties have sold the former Regions Bank branch located at 318 Merchants Drive in Knoxville to Edward Mannis.

Knoxville, TN- The Lenoir City Company and J & J Properties have sold the former Regions Bank branch located at 318 Merchants Drive in Knoxville to Edward Mannis. Regions closed the branch first quarter 2011. Jim Baker of Baker Realty Company represented the seller and Roger Moore of R.M. Moore Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer.
