Baker Realty Company Sells Waste Management Property

Knoxville, TN- Waste Management, Inc. has sold its 17,250 square foot building and 3.6 acre site to Western Scrap Metal Corporation.

Knoxville, TN- Waste Management, Inc. has sold its 17,250 square foot building and 3.6 acre site to Western Scrap Metal Corporation. The property, which is located at 2532 Western Avenue, was Waste Management’s office, maintenance, and truck parking location servicing the Knoxville area before relocating in 2010 to Raccoon Valley Road, just off I-75. Bob Thornton of Baker Realty Company represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
