Baker Realty represents Plastics Management

Eloy, Arizona - Bob Thornton, of Baker Realty Company, represented Plastics Management LLC / Republic Plastics in the purchase of former PTI building in Eloy Industrial Park in Eloy, AZ.

The Seller, Highland Ave. Properties was represented by Andy Markham of Cassidy Turley of Phoenix. The property consisted of 20 acres with an industrial building containing 85,000 square feet. The building sold for $3,000,000. For more information contact Bob Thornton.
