Baker Realty sells TTC Building at Forks-of-the-River

Knoxville, Tenn.,– Bob Thornton of Baker Realty Company, the market leader for Industrial Real Estate in the Tennessee Valley Region, today announced the sale of the TTC Building for $3,550,000 located in Forks-of-the-River to Plastics Management / Republic Plastics.

Thornton represented both the Buyer and Seller in this property transaction which consisted of 10 acres with an industrial building containing 98,000 square feet. This building will represent Republic Plastics third facility in Knoxville, which totals over 300,000 square feet. All three facilities were sold by Baker Realty.
