James P. Baker
Founder & President
Jim Baker graduated from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee, in 1968 with a B.S. in Business. He began his real estate career in the commercial real estate business in 1972. In 1982, Jim founded Baker Realty Company and under his leadership has seen the company grow into the leading industrial real estate company servicing the Tennessee Valley Region.
Bob Thornton, SIOR
Director, Industrial Real Estate
Bob Thornton is Director of Industrial Real Estate for Baker Realty Company, specializing in the selling and leasing of industrial property in Knoxville and throughout the East Tennessee Valley Region. Bob is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) with thirty three years of experience in industrial development and industrial real estate brokerage.
Clint Baker
Affiliate Broker
Clint Baker graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2013 with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing. He later earned his M.B.A. at the University of Arizona. Clint has previous experience is business sales and real estate finance, and specializes in industrial selling and leasing, client relationship management, and industrial property management.
